Terms of Service

1. The service

These terms govern use of safegas.co.zw and the Safe Gas client portal, operated by Safe Gas (Pvt) Ltd of Prospect, Waterfalls, Harare, Zimbabwe. By registering an account you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

2. Accounts and verification

Portal accounts are for businesses. Orders and transport bookings require completed KYC verification, which we may approve or decline at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Orders, quotations and pricing

All prices are quoted and invoiced in United States Dollars (USD). Quotes shown before order placement are indicative until confirmed by our sales team. A quotation accepted through the portal becomes a binding order on our confirmation. Approved orders are scheduled for the confirmed delivery window; we will notify you of any changes.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable by bank transfer, ZIPIT, or EcoCash as indicated on the invoice. Payment claims submitted with a reference are confirmed by our finance team before a receipt is issued. We may suspend deliveries on accounts with overdue balances.

5. Deliveries and transport hire

Delivery and collection times are agreed windows, not guarantees; events outside our control (road conditions, fuel supply, regulatory stoppages) may cause delays. Risk in goods passes on delivery. For transport hire, you warrant that declared loads are accurate and lawful.

6. Safety

LPG is a hazardous product. You are responsible for safe storage and handling at your premises in line with applicable regulations. We may refuse delivery to sites we consider unsafe.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. General

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Questions: info@safegas.co.zw.
